We ship all over the world .

We process and send orders during our main service hours (Monday-Friday from 10.30 am to 19:00 pm EET (UTC/GMT +2 hours) – in case we don’t make deliveries, we shall announce it on our site.

Track order status

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating your tracking number.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

 

Customs duties and taxes for the USA

For deliveries to the USA, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded by Alina Moza Design in case of a return.

 

Shipping times

The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 4 to 8 business days. Please note that we bear the costs for the insurance of the merchandise and any costs for supplementary documents.
Product prices include all taxes and duties, as well as romanian VAT. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through the contracted courier.

 

Exchange & Returns

We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt. However we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been damaged, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use. All delivery costs will be supported by the client.

 

The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

 

Please be aware that we can only exchange the item with another product of the same value. Please contact our customer care team at returns@alinamoza.eu for more information. The delivery time depends on the chosen product, if we have it in stock or we need to make it especially for you.

 

If the customer wants to wait to exchange an item with another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer’s account until such item is available for purchase. If the new desired product is more expensive than the one returned, the customer must pay the necessary difference.

 

Alina Moza Design is not responsible for any lost or misplaced products.

 

POLICY ABOUT RETURNING CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

Alina Moza Design is glad to offer you a special service that is one-of-a-kind on the on-line market: the possibility to personalize certain products either by engraving them with special embroidery motives/models or an hidden message (manually or machine-produced), or by creating customized products with your preferances of size/color/material .

 CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO OUR RETURN POLICY. BECAUSE THEY ARE PRODUCED MANUALLY, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED.

 

 CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE VIA BANK TRANSFER (see details about payment up).
